Refund Policy


Refunds will not be given on orders where the package tracking shows that the item was delivered or if the status has not been delivered yet.

Refunds will not be given if you are not happy with the quality of your product.

Refunds or replacements will be given if your pins were clearly damaged during shipment.

Refunds will be given only once the damaged pins have been shipped back to us. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds will not be given on seconds (defective) sale pins.

Refunds will not be give on clearance sale pins.

Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
